Valda is a highly accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership, counselling, and teaching. With over 20 years of experience in executive-level leadership and development, Valda has gained expertise in recruiting and developing volunteers, teaching vulnerable adults, and crisis counselling. Her work in these areas has positively impacted numerous individuals and organizations. Alongside her successful career as the owner of My Best Life Counselling & Massage Therapy and as an English Instructor at DIVERSEcity, she has also held positions in political parties in Canada and Sierra Leone. Valda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, and Master of Education from The University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada.

Madam I. Z. Konteh is an accomplished academician, businesswoman, leader and dedicated advocate for gender equality and community development with over 25 years of experience in various roles working with organizations like the US Peace Corps, and The Mano River Union. As the co-founder and Executive Director of GEKO-Sierra Leone, she has empowered girls and women and addressed issues related to disadvantaged youth. Additionally, she is the school administrator of Leone International Academy, where she has achieved excellent results at all levels. Madam Konteh holds a Master's degree in Rural Development and a Bachelor's degree in Education. She enjoys music and volunteering at local community organizations in her free time.

Dr. Konteh is an academician, businessman and politician with a track record of success in both fields. He is the founder of various academies and hospitality businesses in Sierra Leone. In addition to his business pursuits, Dr. Konteh has also served as a public servant in different capacities, as Chief of Staff to the President of Sierra Leone, Minister of Trade and Industry, and Deputy Minister of Finance and Economic Development for the Republic of Sierra Leone. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Spatial Planning and Development Coordination from the University of Dortmund in Germany. Dr. Konteh enjoys playing sport and volunteering at local community organizations in his free time. He is passionate about helping Sierra Leone become a better place.

Mohamed is a dedicated and compassionate professional registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in various healthcare settings. Throughout his career, Mohamed has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. In addition to his work in healthcare, Mohamed has also been involved in international affairs. He worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sierra Leone, where he gained valuable experience in diplomacy, negotiation, and cultural exchange. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and International Relations from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, and a Diploma in General and Psychiatric Nursing from the Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. He enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with his family in his free time.

Osman Ansumana-Megeh Kamara is a passionate advocate for development and community service who has dedicated his life to positively impacting Sierra Leone. He is the founder and president of Sierra Leone Missions and Development Inc., where he works tirelessly to improve the lives of the people of Sierra Leone. Additionally, Osman serves as a board member and vice president of Horizons of Hope, further demonstrating his commitment to supporting community development initiatives. He has pursued his education at HACC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, studying criminal justice and at Lancaster Bible College, where he focused on theology. Osman is a visionary, missionary, development facilitator, and servant leader who significantly impacts his community.

Lovette is a community leader with a strong passion for community development. She is methodical, well-organized, and possesses an orderly mind. Her management qualities have proven essential to the efficient functioning of the many organizations she has served. Lovette is a trained Community Health Worker with over 20 years of experience as a dedicated Community Health Worker and Community Living Counsellor. She is committed to promoting healthy communities with healthy children through a multi-pronged intervention. She believes in not only removing the problem of the last mile but also creating sustainable solutions for the long term. Lovette holds a diploma in community health from Sprott Shaw College in British Columbia, Canada.

Iyerich is a dedicated healthcare worker with a passion for public health. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Public Health from Anglia Ruskin University and her Master's degree in Public Health from Bournemouth University, both in the UK. Through her education and experience, Iyerich has developed a deep understanding of the complex challenges individuals and communities face in maintaining good health. She is committed to using her skills and expertise to improve access to quality healthcare and reduce health disparities. Iyerich has worked in various settings, including hospitals and community health centers, where she has gained valuable experience in health promotion and disease prevention. With her strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively with others, Iyerich is a valuable asset to any team. She enjoys music, reading, and travelling in her free time.
